How to reserve early

  • Contact your Metropolitan agent — pre-launch reservations are by appointment only.
  • Decide between Reserve (5-bed interior), Estate (6-bed premium lot), or Lakefront (direct frontage — most contested).
  • If you live outside the U.S., you can finance with a 30% down payment.
  • If you live in the U.S., you can finance with as little as 3.5% to 5% down for a primary residence, or 20% for an investment property.
  • Lakefront tier reservations are first-come — the lake frontage allocation is finite and won't be expanded.
